Exercise Equipment
It is a myth that most beginning weightlifters should stick to machines. The reality is, most free-weight exercises are quite
safe for novices. Plus they work many deeper muscles not normally challenged by machines, and can help in developing balance and
coordination.

You know the infomercials you see on television about the Ab Buster, Blaster, Smasher, or whatnot? We have all seen them, with
their washboard stomached models doing a couple reps just to pose and show off their midsection. Of course, if you all bought whatever
equipment they are pushing, your abs will look just like theirs! Well, you can forget about it.
To get those abs in shape, you need to do about 30 minutes of cardio work 3-4 times a week.
The most important thing is to stay committed!
