While it is possible to firm up your physique and add some significant muscle to your frame in a reasonably small amount of time (lets say 3-6 months), in order for that to happen, there are some basic things you must understand.

*It is not gonna be easy.  It will require your concentrated effort and serious dedication.  Especially when it comes to your diet and nutrition.

*Your body is essentially stubborn; it would definitely prefer to do nothing, and stay where it is.  You must always be persuading, coaxing, pushing, sometimes shocking them so that you can force your fat cells to shrink and your muscles to grow.

*Lean muscle development is a systematic process that must be approached from three key angles.  Training, Nutrition, and Supplementation.  If you ignore even one of these area, the other two will suffer resulting in you not reaching your goals

*You must find a realistic training program and stick with it!

*Finally, and most importantly, you must believe in yourself!  Believe that you can grow physically and mentally, to put on sold muscle, have the shape you desire, and feel confident and satisfied with your results.  You (yes you!) are in control of your mind and body... You are the master of your muscle, so lets do it!!
