In fact, starving yourself does nothing but get your body to down shift your metabolism, thereby causing all of your weightless efforts to come to a screeching halt. High intensity aerobic training combined with resistance training is the proven way to maximize fat loss.

Many people are under the impression that to maximize fat loss, aerobic exercise should be performed at a consistent moderate pace for an extended amount of time. However, in order to maximize your weight loss results, aerobic exercise should be diversified, intense, and brief.

Also, many women believe that lifting weights and strength training will make women bigger and bulkier, this is not true either! Intelligent resistance training will make women smaller and leaner!
