Staying Commited

As in everything we do in our lives.  , when it comes to staying healthy and being fit, COMMITMENT is where it starts and finishes.  Now more than ever, it is imortant to stay committed becase those who are stressful in reaching their goals and maintaining the body they want are the people who

1) can always visualize their goals clearly,

2) have inner strength, and determination to accheive their goals.

weight loss, running, exercise

Intense training is more an exercise in mental toughness than pure physical strength.  We all know how easy it is to go home right after work or school, and flip on the TV rather than head to the gym for an hour of intense training.  Not only that, but it takes focus to eat right and take the proper supplements. While there are no shortcuts, here are some things to keep in mind that might help.

There is never enough time to train, you have to make time for it.  Everyone is busy, so we must make time for what is important to us.  If most people cut the time spent watching television in half, they would have enough hours to train and have a solid diet and nutrition plan in place.

Next, NO EXCUSES! Please.

Keep things fresh, use variation, always be on the lookout for new thing.  Try new exercises, supplements, training programs etc.  As a result, your body wont reach a plateau.

Finally, you should want to workout for no one but YOURSELF.  There are many things in life that we do for other people, but taking care of your body is something important that you can do for you!  Just do it!
