No matter if you want to lose weight or build muscle you will need to exercise!

After you have bought some brand new exercise equipment, a some exercise clothes, and even sprung for a membership at your local gym.  You might have even gone there a few times, and perhaps you had tried to copy what other people are doing, but perhaps you have not seen results.  Your friends have tried to give you some personal exercise tips, but it only confused you.

If you really want to start exercising and living a healthier lifestyle, then do yourself a big favor.

Find a exercise program that is suitable for your needs and stay comitted!

If you do your research and find a good exercise program, and follow it faithfully, along with a solid diet plan, you will get results.

You have several choices when it comes to exercise.

A. Find a friend who is in great shape, and ask to tag along with them for some one on one help.
B. Find an employee at one of the local gym's.  Most of them will walk you through exercise and help you get adjusted to being in the gym so you can go without feeling embarrassed.
C. Pick up a couple of magazines that emphasize healthy living and natural exercise and fitness.  If the guy on the cover looks like the incredible hulk, steer clear of those.  Those magazines are for people who work out for a living.
D. if you have the cash, hire a personal trainer, for some serious one on one training.

Whcihever option you chose to pursue, the most important thing is to learn from your lesson.  Especially if you are paying someone.  Pay attention to what you are taught.  As soon as possible, try to implement the techniques on your own.  Even the professional bodybuilders you see on TV spend a lot of time practicing their technique.

Your exercise experience will be more enjoyable when you are consistent, and keep track of your results.  The more often you work out, the better you will feel, and the more energy you will have.  Dont forget to take the proper supplements, vitaimins and minerals!  I cant tell you how many times I have had to run back into the house because I forgot to take the most essential workout supplements.
