Exercise Decreases Risk of Chronic Diseases

Studies have shown that exercise decreases the risk of colon cancer 40-50% and breast cancer 30-40%.  Active lifestyle is imperative in living healthy.  Exercise improves insulin resistance, and increasing immune system.  Active lifestyle is a key to prevention.
