Trigger Point Treatment

Trigger Point treatment is an awesome way of decreasing muscle spasms, and muscle imbalances.  It is very important to find the key areas, and treat them with either a foam roller or FootBaller. Press on painful area 10-15 seconds, and then release. This will help with muscle length-tension relationships. Repeat 4-5 times. Certain populations should not foam roll or conduct trigger point such as : CoPd, Anemia, or anyone diagnosed with blood clots. Before you begin an exercise routine, consult your doctor and fitness professional.  We believe that the body is wonderfully made, and a better your is within you. Remember, Exercise Life do not allow life to exercise you.
