Hard ROI on Corporate Health and Fitness
Feb 16, 2015
CEO's were polled, and by far they attributed exercise to sharpening their memory and increasing productivity as a leader. Harvard Business Review conducted a study on health and wellness programs, and found that between 2002-2008 there was a $2.71 ROI on every dollar spent. SAS Institute had 4% voluntary turnover in same time frame due to their health and wellness program. 60% of health and wellness programs are effective based upon their continual contact with the employees. Business is a science and so is corporate health and wellness. Invest. Invest Smart. Invest in Exercise Life.
