Lower Back Pain (LBP)
Jan 13, 2015
LBP can come from a number of different areas within your body. Faulty mechanics originating at the foot can contribute to lower back pain. If the foot is pronated (evert) and the knee rotates in (knee valgus) lower back pain, and hip pain is the result. Trigger Point your feet in the arch, and move up your leg to the peroneus longus/brevis. Next, trigger point your IT band and Tensor Fascia Latae (TFL). Always start on the bottom of your kinetic chain and work your way up.
